"Keeping that waist on track, and that 3D look for Charlotte. I need to loose 4kg (so around 8,8lbs). Didn't change my diet since the beginning. I only increased the intensity during my workouts. Still heavy weights in general, and SST concept. Perfect combo to stay full, with a good quantity of carbs. That's team Tuor philosophy. Work hard and then you can get some carbs. No miracle or magic trick."

"7 weeks out Charlotte Europa Pro 212. Weight at 100kg, we have to keep that density til the big day, and drop 3-4 kg (8lbs). Condition is on track. And we gonna try to work on every aspect and detail, especially the posing. Everything has to be perfect."
