Evan Centopani Contest Diet
Meal 1: 6 whole eggs
Meal 2: 8oz chicken, 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
Meal 3: 50g Iso whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter
Meal 4: 8oz chicken, 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
Meal 5: 8 oz steak, 2 cups broccoli, 2 tbsp olive oil
Meal 6: 50g Iso whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter
Most All Natural PB's have oil on top, Skippy's does not(also tastes the best), is this ok?
Cooking with MNO(mac nut oil) or Olive somewhat the same if quick frying veggies in them since they soak it up ok?
DP: Skippy has added sugar; don't use it! It's better to cook with macadamia nut oil because it has a high smoke point and will not burn (olive oil will).
What's your suggestion for pre, during and post workout shake?
DP: 50g of whey isolate, 40g waxy maize, 1tbsp macadamia nut oil pre workout. 50g whey isolate and 50-75g waxy maize post workout. SPECIES Isolyze and Carbolyze work grea for these shakes.
Is eating Macadamia nuts just as good as using the Macnut oil and better than eating almonds?
DP: When you eat the nuts you get the additional calories from carbs and protein. They are a fair substitute for almonds.
