Dennis feels tired the last couple of days
10 weeks before olympia he was in india for an asian association..
Right now (on 17. September) he weights 287/288 lbs in the morning ...he said, he never was that heavy for a competition.
He thinks that ... at the worst chase... he'll weight about 280lbs at the O...so thats a minimum for him ...he put on about 15lbs compared to last year.
Dennis mentioned that he has a very fast metabolism ... so he loses mass very fast (which was a problem for him last year) .... hes talking about a bad "carb handling" last year before the olympia.
On 17. Sept hes on 350g of carbs.... a week before it was 450g.
they are talking a lot about the week before the O ... press meetings, sponsors, tanning, carbs loading, water cycling .... he feels its very hard/stressfull..the meetings and all that ... but he also says hes glad that he can do it for his fans
The days after the O are also very stressfull for Dennis because of photoshootings .
In October he will travell to Switzerland, Hungary and Kuwait
And next year he will move to the Staates, probably ... hes looking for a house at the moment.
In the past, he had 4(!) cuts/disruption in his abdominal wall
He thinks... he we will be happy if he qualifies for the 2. Callout to compare/stand next to the favourits .... as he thinks are ... Dexter, Phil(because there is a huge hype about him), Kai (cos hes a freak ), jay ( its his last chance) .... but ... thats only a guess... you have to see them on stage... because its all about this one day. Who comes in the best condition this particular day.
And now he says something very interesting ...,. "Kai Greene can't win the O" ... because of the politics ... but he likes Kai and wish him all the best.
He talks about the Ironman 2008... Phil Heath looks fantastic....alone(!) on the stage ...... and when Badell steps on the stage next to him then Phil didnt looks that amazing as when he was alone on stage
"This year, this O is brutal" its like in the 90s ...with coleman, wheeler, ray ... the were all great ... like this year.... everybody is great...its all about condition!
Its very close from 1-6.
He thinks that a big factor will be the weak body part(s) of each competitor .... if everybody comes in good condition its about the weak points ... who will have the weakest/more weak body parts.
His goal is to be in the top 5 .... better top 3
