"I don't back squat anymore. I don't get any benefits from them. Front squats target your quads and take away the stress on your lower back and also take away from using your hamstrings and glutes!! This is my 6th sets of supersetting front squats with vertical leg presses. If you think just because you're supersetting, that you can't push yourself to lift as heavy as possible, then you're wrong. You have to push your muscles to their max for optimum growth." ~ Juan Morel
