Chis Jalali went to be with The Lord today. He passed away in his sleep for reasons that aren't currently known. He had just had a minor jaw surgery on Wednesday to touch up a previous procedure that was necessary because of an auto accident. The procedure went well and he was feeling really good and had even just made plans to attend an upcoming event. In the past, Chris astoundingly survived stage-3 liver cancer years ago after he underwent a liver transplant at the brink of death weighing only 124lbs. Over the next few years his commitment to health, nutrition and prayer bounded him back to a the very healthy shape and condition he was famous for. Chris was a true believer in Jesus as God and savior and attended Gateway Church in Southlake, TX. Chris remains an inspiration to many, appearing on over 6 magazine covers and in countless articles on health and fitness. An amazing father, he is survived by his 6-year-old son.
