It's been a busy week for me, I was in Cali for a Flex photoshhot Thursday-Sunday. Monday I started filming my brand new dvd, today we will film the final workouts and a few other things that will end up on my dvd. Tomorrow I will pick up Dennis Wolf who will be staying with me all the way up to the big dance, and on Friday I will do my part with Bob.
Then I get to breath a little bit and put all my focus on dialing it in and show up in Vegas in the best shape of my career.
