5. Reduces Your Risk of Heart Disease. Your risk of heart disease or even stroke goes down dramatically when you engage in regular sex, at least twice a week that is. The body responds well to this physical activity and therefore your chances of developing heart disease later in life go down dramatically.

peut etre aucun rapport mais apres ma sceance j'ai une grave envie :oops: et ca m'aide a dormir ( meme retirer le contexte de la fatigue du sport de la journée ) :lol: :shock:

pour ma part je n'ai jamais réussi à faire l'amour après une séance de cuisses avec notamment du squat qui m'a toujours mis à plat

heureusement que je bosse pas les cuisses tous les jours, ça serait le meilleur moyen d'être cocu :lol:
