Sa dépend, selon sa prep , si tu veux un exemple de son plan alimentaire pour le petit déjeuner :
I used 65g g/f oats cooked in water, and added 1 egg white once almost cooked – which seems to fluff up the oats and lighten it, plus some cinnamon and stevia, then a handful of frozen berries. For the shake, I used a ton of ice with 1.5 scoops of vanilla VEGA (all natural) plant protein, plus half a banana and a handful of frozen strawberries. This all matches my usual protein/carb/fat split for breakfast of 45g protein, 90g carbs (65:35 split of slow & fast carbs to help bring my blood sugar levels/metabolism up to speed), and 7g of fats (naturally found in the oats and protein powder). I also took 1 digestive enzyme, 1 ALA (to support glucose metabolism), and x2 daily multi-vitamin.
Celui la c'est vraiment proche de la compèt.
Sinon il mange sa parfois :
a bowl of gluten free granola, topped with Greek yogurt, blueberries & honey. A shake with 1.5 scoops of whey, almond milk, matcha, ice, & almond butter. The full breakfast came in to about 50g protein, 65g carbs, 15g fat
