"I've always been a fan of free weight preacher curls since I started lifting. I feel it strongly stresses the lower insertions of the biceps. It also builds that thick football-like shape to the biceps. When you try these, be sure to get a full stretch in your biceps by straightening your arms completely at the bottom of the movement."
