ronniecoleman8 These old photos really take me back, sometimes I look at them and wonder how I accomplished it. Then I think about the 6 surgeries I've had on my spine and hips and I'm assured I paid a pretty hefty price for all 8 of those damn titles. I mean I can't think any other Olympian who's had 6 surgeries. I heard Yates had one on his triceps, a small body part that doesn't control your entire bodily movements. Cutler, Haney, Arnold haven't had no more than one or two, I can think of one but not two but I'll throw it in for secretancy sakes. Yeah I just made up a word. So all in all I'm kinda excited about my accomplishments, there are no regrets, I was doing what I truly loved doing and if I had the chance to do it all over again, as I always say, I would have trained harder and most definitely heavy. Still not satisfied with some of those lifts, I know I could have gotten more reps than I did but all in all, it's all good bro. NO REGRETS, #yeahbuddy #lightweightbaby#itstillaintnothingbutapeanut
