C'est clair que rien que sa façon de s'entrainer, ça donnait pas vraiment envie de savoir ce qu'il mangeait.

Il a ce coté serial killer hysterique,crise de rire spasmodique.Sacré mixture en tout cas,moi je me fait la meme je la boit directement assis sur les chiottes pour gagner du temps.

The past few days have been busy. I took a comprehensive steroid test at Quest Diagnostics, and then I traveled to the West Coast where I’ll be completing the rest of this transformation.

The Quest Diagnostics nurse oversaw the procedure. In a week or two the prescribing doc will give the results to Dave Palumbo, who arranged for the test after he attempted to call me out for using steroids during this transformation. I look forward to hearing Dave announce the results publicly. I realize this might be the first of many tests I’ll be asked to take. Doubters, bring it on.

I managed to get a few workouts in during all this and I posted the written programs below, plus a video clip where I talk about “old school” pullovers. Thanks again to the Finger Man for the raw food video. From the West Coast, Levrone out!

Pour les plus rapides d'entre nous :wink:

: HRT = hormone replacement therapy, autrement dit, ça consiste, dans le cas de la testostérone ou de l'hormone de croissance, à en prendre par injections (ou patches pour la testostérone) quand il a été établi médicalement que notre corps n'en fabrique pas ou plus assez pour être dnas des niveaux considérés normaux. Ca fonctionne également pour les femmes avec des oestrogènes, et hommes et femmes pour d'autres hormones comme par exemples les hormones thyroïdiennes...

Dans le cas de Levrone, je pensais surtout TRT (testostetrone replacement therapy).
