Steve Cook : "Triceps annihilation! I'm a big fan of training my triceps twice a week. warm up 3x15 over head rope ext (light). After that it's one to the heavy training! Working up to 155 for eight reps. Followed by seated Overhead dumbbell extension for 4x10 reps (120 lbs). After that it was time for detail work. Four sets of 15 on single arm rope push downs and rope kickbacks -superset. Finally after all that we did of burn out bodyweight dips"
