"It's been a great run. 5 years and 30 NPC/IFBB shows. I finished 2nd in my final physique competition and the first Pro mens physique show in Asia. It was an extreme honor to help grow this division and I couldn't be happier with my career... it's time to pursue a new division. You can bet your bottom dollar I'm gunning for the top of Classic Physique just like I did in MP. I'd like to thank everyone. Specific people who supported me along the way I'll contact T directly. I've added 18lbs since Olympia so endurance is down but my heart is always willing to work. I'm not gonna build hamstrings for classic physique sitting on a machine. My body responds well to power level training. Try these out to finish leg day. 6-8sets of 20yards."

"OFF-SEASON PROGRESS.
My first attempt ever to bulk is going strong. 217lbs but trying so hard to eat the food to get to 235lbs. Stomach is NOT used to all this food. I've never been over 222lbs. But pretty sure 225 is coming. Need to add size to the hams and inner thigh to compete with the best in Classic Physique."
