"I never really show my calves, but that's the first part of my body, with my quads, which reacts pretty good with the diet. So for the first time I give you my calves routine (I got so many messages about the routine I'm doing. Nothing incredible, but here is the plan for today)
1️⃣Standing calves press (video clip)
3 sets 10-15 reps. Usually do a drop set for the last one, trying to bring some blood.
2️⃣Seated calves press + bodyweight extension (standing)
3 super sets, 20 reps for both. Focus on the contraction with the second one, stretch 2 " and contraction.
3️⃣Leg Press, I put my foot at the bottom.
3 sets of 10 reps toes "inside", 10 reps toes "outside" and 10 reps normal position."
