"I had a great workout with Big J yesterday. This is by far the strongest I've been since coming by from a 6 month layoff. I've been training constantly for 3 months straight. Can't wait till I'm about 6 months back because I know for sure I'll be back to full strength or really close. Headed to Saudi Arabia tomorrow for a 2 week tour, just gotta remain focused on the training while I'm there. I'll also be in Bahrain on this tour so I'll look forward to seeing you guys in the next 2 weeks."

"Doing a lightweight chest and triceps with my brother Cory Mathews at Energy gym in Bahrain. As you can tell of course this is a lightweight baby set. More like a warmup, yeah buddy, lightweight baby for real."

"Doing a little back workout and biceps workout with my little brother Cory Mathews. We're over here in Bahrain at a nice Fitness called Alanakheel Fitness. A nice little spot with some great fitness equipment. We had a great workout and I seem to be getting a little stronger week by week."

"We are now in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia training hard at the Executives hotel gym. Of course this is lightweight baby for real but that's the way we train when in an unfamiliar environment."

"I want to thank all who came out to Wawan Protein Exit 5 Riyadh Saudi Arabia. We had a great time putting on the seminar for you guys and I hope you enjoyed it. Was trying my best to be informative as possible without putting you guys to sleep."

"We are still here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at this hotel gym. Today Cory Mathews and I trained back and biceps. I'm trying my best to get these 12.5-13" bicep bigger. The environment here is a lot different than at the Original Metroflex Gym in Arlington but we're still hitting it hard every day. Quite sure I'll have my arms back at 16-17" in a few months."

"Trying my best to shrug these 140's for 20 reps. Getting a little strength back after my long layoff. I'm not playing with them like Big J is playing with them but I'll get there one day soon. "

"Training with my buddy Big J last night at Metroflex or shall I say early this morning. It was about 4:30am when we finished. I'm still trying my best to get these 13.5" arms bigger but I have made progress. They were 12" a few months back when I started after my 6 month layoff. Which by far is the longest layoff of my entire life. I'm looking forward to the day I get them back up to 17" which is what they were before the layoff. At this rate I'm very confident I'll get them back to this size because it's still on like a marijuana bong every single night."

"Trying my best to get these legs bigger. Finally made it to 20 reps with 3 plates. Next goal is 20 reps with 4 plates. Did 3 and a quarter for 10 so getting closer day by day. My dream is to get where Big J is but that's in a few years. Gotta take it one day at a time, one rep at a time."
